This is a shot taken with a plexi mirror under the engine. In the center of the picture you'll notice a square hole in the skid plate to allow access to the drain plug that S&S puts on their cases. That Dremel tool and cutting wheel were starting to come in handy...

 

 

The CCI inner primary was another exercise in Dremel-ology. Note the hole for the breather tube had to be extended toward the motor sprocket hole so it would fit. Also, the rearmost outer primary mounting tab had to be shaved since it was rubbing the frame. In addition, the tab over the floorboard mount needed to be cut down, but I hadn't realized it yet.

 

I figured that out about the time I got this far. I ended up cutting it with the inner primary still mounted, rather than take it back off. I had to touch up the paint a little, but I didn't have to screw up those locking tabs under the mounting bolts in the engine...
